Digital

Digital: website, landing page, CRM, automation and media

We build the part of the work that keeps running when nobody is watching. Digital is a Laeta service, not a separate company: same team, same contract, same conversation as advertising and events.

The landscape

In Brazil, the basics of digital are still not done

In 2025, 53% of Brazilian companies had a website of their own, according to the TIC Empresas survey, run by Cetic.br, the research center of CGI.br, Brazil's Internet Steering Committee. Among small companies, 49%. Almost half the companies in the country do not even have the front door.

In the same survey, 31% used some kind of CRM software, against 56% among large companies. In other words: most Brazilian companies have nowhere to keep the relationship with a customer they spent money to win.

Meanwhile, the decision moved to before the contact. What people find on their own, without you in the room, decides whether you make the list.

Position

Speed is content, and it can be measured in money

Vodafone Italy ran an A/B test with traffic split 50/50 and around 100,000 daily clicks per version. The page with a 31% better LCP, 5.7 seconds against 8.3, produced 8% more sales, 15% more leads per visit and 11% more carts per visit.

A Google study with Deloitte and fifty-five, covering 37 brands and 30 million sessions, arrived in the same direction by another route: cutting 0.1 second from mobile load time was associated with 8.4% more conversion in retail, with an average order value 9.2% higher.

Both studies are from 2020 and 2021, and we quote the years on purpose. The conclusion has not aged: a slow page leaks revenue, and it is the easiest leak to plug.

That is why performance goes in as a written requirement at the start of the project, and not as a promise in a deck.

The method

How a digital project is born here

Four movements. The first one has no screen in it, and it is the one that decides whether the rest will work.

Understand

What people are looking for, which doubt they arrive with and what makes them give up halfway today. Analytics, search data and conversations with whoever answers the phone.

Organize

Information architecture, journey, relationship cadence and what each page has to answer. Structure before layout: people decide in seconds whether a page answers their question, and anything that asks too much effort is abandoned before it is read. Neuroscience comes in right here, to set order and clarity.

Build

Design, code, CRM and automation integration, with performance and accessibility written into the requirements at the start.

Win

Publish, measure, correct. We agree what to watch, how often, and what to do when the number drops.

Deliverables

What we deliver

  • Corporate websites and microsites, with performance as a requirement and not as a promise
  • Campaign and lead capture landing pages
  • Restricted areas for healthcare professionals, with the electronic registration required by RDC 96 in Brazil
  • CRM journeys, automation and relationship cadence
  • Media planning, buying and reading
  • Measurement: what to watch, how often, and what to do when the number drops

This site is the example

This site was built with the same rules we apply on paid projects: a fixed JavaScript budget, images in a modern format with declared dimensions, main content rendered in the served HTML, working with JavaScript switched off, and a background video that is never served to phones.

Sectors

Where the house experience weighs most

A website is a website in any sector. What changes is the rule it has to obey and the conditions in which someone opens the page. The first two below are the ones we have served longest, not an entry filter.

Health and pharma

In Brazil, RDC 96/2008, the drug advertising rule issued by Anvisa, the national health regulator, requires online advertising of prescription medicines to be accessible exclusively to licensed professionals, through electronic registration (article 29). In practice that means a logged area validating the professional license, promotional content living only inside it, and an open layer that has to be useful without being promotional. Design them together and you get both wrong.

Agribusiness

A multiplatform audience, unstable connectivity in the field and a decision that runs through the dealer and the agronomist. Agribusiness is one of the largest sectors of the Brazilian economy, and a heavy page simply disappears from the farmer's phone, while an over-long form dies before it is submitted. Here digital has to be light out of obligation, not out of elegance.

Then there is the calendar. Searches for a product or a technique rise and fall with the harvest, so content and media have to be live before the window, not during it. And since the dealer usually closes the sale, the site has two jobs at once: convince the farmer and arm the channel that will talk to them.

B2B companies

Long cycle, buying committee and a lot of research before the first contact. The job is to make the company findable and clear enough to make the shortlist, and then keep the relationship alive in the CRM while the decision matures. Same logic as campaigns in a long decision, applied to what stays live.

Internal culture

Internal campaign portals, program microsites and communication automation for the team. It works when someone owns the content after launch, and it does not work when nobody does.

Outside these four the work is the same. What changes is the question people bring when they open the page, and the structure comes out of that question.

Frequently asked questions

Which CRM platform do you work with?

The one the client already has, when it can do the job. Switching platforms is an expensive project and usually cures the wrong symptom: in most cases the problem is not the tool, it is the journey nobody designed.

Do you build sites on WordPress?

We do, when the client's team needs to edit day to day on their own. For a corporate site that changes rarely, we deliver something lighter and faster. The choice is technical and comes from real usage, not from agency preference.

How long does it take to put a site live?

Landing pages and microsites come out in weeks. A corporate site depends on the volume of content and the number of approvers, which is what really slows things down. The real timeline comes out of the diagnosis, once we know how many pages need to exist and who signs off on each one.

How does a restricted area for doctors work?

It is a logged area validating the professional license, required in Brazil by RDC 96/2008 for online advertising of prescription medicines. Promotional content lives only inside it. Outside sits whatever can be open, and that has to be decided before the screens are designed.

Do you work with sectors other than health and agribusiness?

We do. Health and agribusiness are where the house has the most mileage, and that saves time: we already know RDC 96 requires professional registration on the promotional layer, and we already know a heavy page will not open in the field. In other sectors the method is identical. What shapes the project is the kind of decision your buyer makes, not the industry the company sits in.

Do you do SEO on an existing site?

We do, and it is usually the best money spent. Technical structure, speed, content architecture and fixing pages that compete with each other for the same search. When a site is beyond saving, we say so instead of selling optimization on top of bad foundations.

Do you guarantee the first page of Google?

No, and anyone who guarantees it is lying. What we do is the work that sustains position: clean technical structure, speed, content that genuinely answers the question searched, and page architecture that does not compete with itself.

What about optimization for AI, this so-called GEO?

We do it, with an honest caveat. The evidence available today is weak for most of the tactics going around, and some of them make the page harder to find. What holds up is the basics: genuinely answer the question, bring data with a source and a date, and have authority outside your own site. That is what we do, and that is what we promise.

Once it is delivered, who looks after the site?

We agree that before we start. Either your team takes it on, with training and documentation, or we stay on a continuous contract for evolution and measurement. What does not work is delivering and disappearing: a site with no owner ages in six months.
