The rules of this site, in plain English
These terms explain what this site is, what you can do with it and what Laeta commits to. They are short on purpose.

2. What this site is
An informational site that presents Laeta and its services. Nothing is sold through it, and there is no account or logged area. What you read here is not a binding offer: proposals, prices and deadlines are only valid when agreed in writing.
3. How you can use it
You can browse, read, share links and quote short excerpts with credit to Laeta. You may not try to break into the site or our systems, overload them, use robots to fill in forms or send unlawful content through them.
4. Forms
The contact form sends what you fill in to our management system and opens WhatsApp for you to continue the conversation. It does not sign you up for anything. The newsletter has its own page and depends on your explicit consent; you can leave at any time. Fill in true information and only sign up your own email.
5. Content and brands
Texts, images, videos and the Laeta brand belong to Laeta. Client brands and logos belong to their owners and appear only as a record of work done.
6. Links to other sites
This site links to WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and others. Those services follow their own terms and policies, which Laeta does not control.
7. Limits
The content here is informational and may change without notice. It is not regulatory, legal or professional advice for your specific case. We try to keep the site available and correct, but we cannot guarantee it will never be offline or contain an error.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
9. Changes and applicable law
When these terms change, the date below changes with them. These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes are settled in the courts of São Paulo, SP, without prejudice to any forum that the law guarantees to consumers.
